Moody's confirms LLB's Aa2 rating

Vaduz, 5 July 2024. The rating agency Moody's has again awarded its bank deposit rating of Aa2 to the Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB), with a stable outlook. This confirms the LLB's excellent creditworthiness.

LLB acquires Zürcher Kantonalbank Österreich AG

Vaduz, 2 July 2024. Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB) has signed a purchase agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the shares of Zürcher Kantonalbank Österreich AG, with locations in Salzburg and Vienna. This transaction aligns with the LLB Group’s strategy and will see it increase its business volume by around CHF 3 billion. LLB Austria is thus further expanding its position as one of the leading asset management banks in the country.

LLB General Meeting 2024 – shareholders approve all motions

Vaduz, 19 April 2024. The shareholders of Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG (LLB) approved all motions put forward by the Board of Directors at the 32nd General Meeting of Shareholders. As a result, the dividend paid by LLB increased from CHF 2.50 to CHF 2.70. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Georg Wohlwend, and the Board members Richard Senti and Thomas Russenberger were re-elected.

Andreas Gerber to join LLB Group Executive Management

Vaduz, 21 March 2024. The Board of Directors of Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) has appointed Andreas Gerber as a new member of the Group Executive Management and Head of the Retail & Corporate Banking division, subject to approval by the competent supervisory authority. Andreas Gerber will take up his position on 1 August 2024. He will take over from Urs Müller, who will retire at the end of 2024 after almost 30 years with the LLB Group, including more than 13 years as a member of the Group Executive Management.
